📐 Core Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Translate preliminary conceptual sketches and schematic instructions into comprehensive architectural drawings under the guidance of senior project leads.

• Produce precise 2D working drawings, construction documentation sets, and detailed 3D visual representations.

• Assist in technical coordination workflows alongside structural engineers, MEP consultants, and site execution contractors.

• Participate in scheduled site inspections and quality control reviews to ensure architectural fidelity during execution.

• Prepare comprehensive presentation packages, material specifications, and tender support documentation.

🎓 Candidate Profile & Professional Requirements

• Professional qualification: 3-year Diploma in Architecture or an equivalent foundational architectural degree.

• 0 to 2 years of practical experience within a recognized architectural design practice or studio.

• Technical proficiency in CAD drafting software, supported by working knowledge of SketchUp and 3D rendering applications.

• Advanced spatial visualization, graphic presentation capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
