🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept to execution

• Prepare drawings, working details, 3D views, and client presentations

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and project timelines

• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and design implementation

• Collaborate with the interior and MEP teams for integrated design

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)

• Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience

• Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and BIM (preferred)

• Strong design sensibility and technical drawing skills

• Good communication, team collaboration, and project management skills

• Registered with the Council of Architecture (preferred)
