As part of our technical team, you will oversee estimation, billing, and structural execution for an extensive portfolio featuring hotels and resorts, multistory luxury apartments in mountain and hill regions, advanced healthcare facilities, commercial complexes, IT office buildings, high-tech pharmaceutical industrial plants, and exclusive luxury residences and villas.

🏗 Core Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Quantity Surveying & Estimation: Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, cost estimates, and tender documentation from architectural and structural drawings.

• Contract & Cost Management: Review contractor running account (RA) bills, reconciliation statements, and variation orders against project budgets.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain digital logs of measurements, material reconciliation, and cost statements using mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

• Site Execution Coordination: Coordinate structural execution, oversee concrete pours, reinforcement binding, and quality control on-site.

• Technical Collaboration: Liaise seamlessly with structural consultants, MEP engineers, contractors, and architectural design leads to resolve project discrepancies.

🎓 Candidate Profile & Professional Requirements

• Professional qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) or a recognized Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Mandatory Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for professional reporting, estimation sheets, and data management.

• Experience: Extensive practical experience in quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and construction cost estimation (applications from experienced retired government civil engineers are highly welcomed).

• Strong working knowledge of structural materials, estimation standards, and construction billing procedures.

• Superior communication, analytical skills, and a disciplined, methodical approach to project record-keeping.
