Job Role Overview – Social Media Executive

The Social Media Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and executing digital strategies that promote our brand, projects, and design philosophy. You will create engaging content, manage platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. 

 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create and publish content (posts, stories, reels) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor trends and competitors to improve content performance.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to promote work and milestones.
• Use scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite or Buffer for timely posting.
• Engage with audience comments and DMs in a professional manner.
• Analyze performance metrics and submit monthly reports.
• Support SEO content creation and digital marketing activities on the website. 

 Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Meta, LinkedIn, and Instagram algorithms.
• Basic video editing skills are a bonus.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Passion for architecture, design, or lifestyle content is highly desirable.
